Gus Doerner Sports online return policyDEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE All defective merchandise must be returned directly to the manufacturer. Gus Doerner Sports assumes no liability for out of stock or out of warranty items. RETURN TO STOCK ITEMS All items that are to be returned to stock must be received within 2 weeks (14 days) of the original purchase of the item. The customer assumes responsibility for the cost of shipping of the items and will receive a refund, less a 10% restocking fee and all applicable shipping charges, only with original receipt. The consumer must supply the credit card number on a credit card sale. On credit card sales only the ORIGINAL credit card number will be accepted and only credit will be applied to the card. There are no cash refunds on credit card sales. |
